Usage Instructions for Ceramic Products

About Maintenance and Care

  • When removing stains, please use dishwashing detergent and a soft sponge. Do not scrub with abrasive agents such as scouring powder or steel wool.
  • For stains like tea marks, please use bleach. For products with gilded decorations, use an oxygen-based bleach.
  • When using a dishwasher, please follow the manufacturer's instructions. Dishes colliding within the machine may cause chipping or scratches. Also, prolonged use may damage the surface.

Handling Precautions

  • Cracks or chips may occur due to impact or rapid temperature changes (sudden heating or cooling). Do not use products that have cracks or chips, as they may pose a safety risk.
  • Although the bottom of the product is polished, please take care not to drag it on surfaces such as tables, as this may cause scratches.
  • Repeated contact with metals such as knives and forks may cause metal particles to adhere and result in blackening. Similarly, rubbing during cleaning in stainless steel sinks may also cause blackening.

Regarding Quality and Safety

  • In accordance with the Food Sanitation Act, tests for lead and cadmium leaching are performed. We maintain strict in-house standards, ensuring levels are less than half of the statutory limits.
  • To ensure the safety of the materials, rigorous tests such as rapid cooling tests and bending strength tests are conducted.
